RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends) based on the time the order was received and shipping company Availability.

Special order factory parts may take longer to receive based on their inventory and other suppliers inventory.

We cannot give refunds for parts that are installed and are opened. No refunds can be accepted for wrong part ordered.

All electrical parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All other parts can be returned within 30 days that have not been installed and are in original packing. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is customer responsibility.
